ORDERS FOR DELIVERY
Depending on their size, deliveries will be despatched on either a pallet or parcel courier. Icertech are able to make deliveries local to the Wrexham area on their own vehicle.
With pallet orders, as standard, Icertech offer a 2-3 day delivery service from receipt of order/payment. When orders are placed before 9am, where possible, we will despatch your goods that afternoon for delivery within 2-3 working days (excludes highlands of Scotland). For example, if you placed your order at 9am on Tuesday then your order would be despatched that same afternoon, and scheduled for delivery on Thursday anytime between 8am-6pm.
For parcel courier deliveries, items will be despatched the day following your order. Where possible if you order before 9am, we will try to despatch on the same day. For example, if you placed your order at 8am on Thursday then we will aim to despatch your order that same day for delivery on Friday anytime between 8am-6pm, but this isn’t guaranteed. Orders placed on a Friday would not be despatched until the following Monday/Tuesday.
Please note that delivery dates are calculated in terms of working days. For delivery outside of mainland UK please get in touch with us.
If you are placing an order and require delivery on a specific day, please leave a note at the checkout, or contact the team on [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate this.
PREMIUM DELIVERY SERVICE
If you require your goods more urgently, would like to book a Next Day or a Saturday delivery service, or need a time/date specific delivery, then please get in touch with us and we will always do whatever we can to help.
ORDERS FOR COLLECTION
If you’re local to our site on Wrexham Industrial Estate, then we are more than happy for you to collect your order from us. Alternatively, if you would like to organise your own courier to collect from us you can do so by selecting the ‘Collect from Wrexham Site (Free)’ at the checkout. If you select this option your order, unless advised otherwise, will be ready for collection on the next working day. All we ask is that you please notify us of your collection day/time via phone or email quoting your order number.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If your delivery address has restricted access, your delivery is to a residential area, or if you do not have access to a fork truck and therefore require a vehicle with a tail lift, it is your responsibility to make us aware of this at the time of placing your order; you can either leave a note in the ‘Order Comments’ section at the checkout, or email us at [email protected]. As long as we are notified in advance, our couriers are able to work around these constraints at no extra charge. If the vehicle arrives and is unable to make the delivery due to access/off-loading restrictions then this will be counted as a failed delivery, and unfortunately there will be additional delivery charges.

Our office hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday, and 8am-2pm on Friday’s. Collections are only available between the hours of 9am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, and 9am-1pm on Friday’s. Please do not arrange collection outside of those hours without prior arrangement. Thank you for your co-operation.
