Our aim is to make incorporating bespoke packaging into your deliveries as easy as possible, which we do by taking the time to get to know you and what you’re looking to achieve.
I’d describe my day-to-day as strategic business development, problem-solving, and financial management and analysis… but the short version would be, I spend a lot of time managing numbers and the team.
If it’s anything finance- and engineering-related, or managing staff and projects, then it’s in my remit!
I’m here to make operations run as smoothly as possible, whether it’s managing our customers, purchasing, or liaising with suppliers and stock management.
I’d love to summarise by saying I’m good at everything, but for specificity purposes I’d say that I focus on forging strong relationships with employees and suppliers to make processes easy and efficient!
I manage the day-to-day marketing activity, whilst also focusing on advising customers on the best solutions for their needs.
From the initial enquiry to after-sales support, I’m here to guide you by giving you advice tailored to your needs.
When I’m not working, you can find me… Reading, baking, or hiking (definitely not all at once!)
I spend my time maintaining the management systems for the ISO9001, 14001, 45001 and FSC certifications, whilst also supporting the Operations Director with the day-to-day operations.
Inputting, managing, and maintaining management systems is my bread and butter.
When I’m not working, you can find me… Making everyone in the office laugh, or reading and spending time with my family!
I could describe myself as being a jack of all trades in my role because when I’m not fixing things, I’m focusing on health and safety or running production!
If there are manufacturing and production developments, I’m your guy.
When I’m not working, you can find me… Out on a bike of some description, whether that’s a motorbike or a mountain bike!
From the processing of orders to the despatch, I’m there to respond to customer queries and oversee the process to make it as smooth as possible.
I provide our customers with a little peace of mind by ensuring that from the initial sale to despatch, they’re in good hands.
When I’m not working, you can find me… watching a good series on Netflix or spending time with family and friends.
Finding ways to develop products sustainably is central to my role. I spend my time conducting lifecycle assessments of products and product testing to this end!
If it relates to sustainability, it’s on my to-do list!
When I’m not working, you can find me… Enjoying some water polo, climbing, and cycling – I’ve even been on Radio 5 Live to speak to Helen Skelton about water polo!
I keep accounts running smoothly, whether I’m overseeing supplier’s invoices and payments, or customer invoices and credit control.
My expertise has been cultivated over 30 years’ experience in various roles, so you’re in safe hands.
When I’m not working, you can find me… Walking my dog, baking, dressmaking or practising mindfulness (after studying a course before lockdown).
